KECOTE 600/700 PVDC emulsion

Polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) emulsion is a high-performance barrier material, which is mainly used in pharmaceutical packaging, food and beverage packaging, paper tableware and special industrial packaging materials with barrier requirements for oxygen, water vapor and aroma.

In addition to excellent gas barrier properties, PVDC also has excellent barrier properties against liquids such as water, oil, and solvents. In addition, PVDC emulsions can also impart many other excellent properties to the substrate, such as flame retardancy, heat sealability, and corrosion resistance.

KECOTE 600 has the advantage of easy processing, especially suitable for the coating of paper and cardboard substrates, and KECOTE 700 is suitable for the coating of plastic film substrates, such as BOPP, PET, PA, PE, PVC and other plastic films.
